Overview
Access your complete order management dashboard in the seller area to track all customer orders, monitor their status, and take action on individual orders.
Accessing Your Orders
- Log into your seller area at seller-area.youcan.shop
- Navigate to Orders > All Orders
- Your orders table will display with all relevant information
Understanding the Order Table
Table Columns
The orders table includes the following columns:
- Ref (#number): Unique order reference number for easy identification
- Creation date: When the order was placed
- Customer name: Full name of the customer who placed the order
- Confirmation status: Open (new, unreviewed), Closed (completed), or Processed (in progress)
- Payment status: Unpaid, Paid, or Refunded
- Shipping status: Unfulfilled, Fulfilled, or Canceled
- Total: Order amount with currency
- Actions: Edit or print order details
Sidebar Badge
Your Orders menu item displays a badge count showing the total number of orders (e.g., "173").
Searching and Filtering Orders
Search by Multiple Criteria
Use the search bar to quickly locate orders by: - Order reference number - Product name - Customer phone number
Filter by Status
Click the status dropdown menu in each column to filter orders: - Filter by Confirmation status (Open, Closed, Processed) - Filter by Payment status (Unpaid, Paid, Refunded) - Filter by Shipping status (Unfulfilled, Fulfilled, Canceled)
Each status can be filtered independently.
Using Order Tools
View Order Statuses
Click the "Order Statuses" button to see all available status options and understand what each status means.
Perform Mass Operations
Click the "Mass operations" button to make bulk changes to multiple orders at once: - Change confirmation status - Change payment status - Change shipping status
Export Your Orders
Click the "Export" button to download your order data as a CSV or Excel file for use in spreadsheets or accounting software.
Pagination
Use the Previous and Next buttons at the bottom of your orders table to navigate through pages of orders.
Quick Actions
Click the Actions menu (edit or print icon) for an individual order to: - Edit order details - Print order information - View order history
