How to Manage Your Profile Details
Your profile details help YouCan and your customers identify your business. Keep your information current and accurate.
Access Your Profile
Go to accounts.youcan.shop/account to manage your profile.
Edit Your Details
The profile page is divided into two sections:
Personal Details
- Your login email address
- Once verified, displays a "Verified" badge
- To change your email:
- Click the Update button next to your current email
- Enter your new email address
- A verification email will be sent to the new address
- Click the verification link in the email to confirm the change
First Name
- Enter your first name or business contact first name
Last Name
- Enter your last name or business contact last name
Mobile Phone Number
- Enter your contact phone number
- A country code picker appears to ensure correct formatting
- Select your country, then enter your number
Address Details
Country of Residence
- Select your country from the dropdown menu
- This helps YouCan understand your location for compliance and support
City
- Enter the city where your business is located or where you reside
Address
- Enter your street address
- This may appear on customer receipts or be required for payout verification
Save Your Changes
Once you've updated your information:
- Review all changes for accuracy
- Click Apply changes at the bottom of the page
- Your profile will be updated immediately
- A confirmation message will appear
Tips
- Keep your email address current so you receive account notifications
- Your phone number helps YouCan contact you about important account issues and might help you recover your account
- Your address is used for verification and payout processing
- Update your information whenever your business details change
