How to Reset Your Password
If you have forgotten your YouCan password or need to change it, you can reset it in a few steps.
Reset your password
- Go to the Forgot Password page.
- Enter the email address associated with your YouCan account.
- Click Send Reset Link.
- Open the email from YouCan and click Reset Your Password.
- Enter your new password and confirm it.
Your new password must meet these requirements:
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character
Once your password is updated, you can log in immediately with your new credentials.
Change your password while signed in
If you are already logged in and want to change your password:
- Go to Security settings.
- Under the Password section, enter your current password, then your new password and confirm it.
- Click Update.
Your new password must meet the same requirements listed above.
Did not receive the email?
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you entered the same email address you used to sign up.
- Wait a few minutes and try again. If the issue persists, contact YouCan Support.
Signed in with Google?
If you created your account using Google sign-in, you do not have a YouCan-specific password. Simply click "Continue with Google" on the login page to access your account. To manage your Google password, visit your Google Account settings.
