How to Use the All Products Section

The Products section in YouCan is where you can view, organize, search, and manage all products in your store. This powerful section allows you to quickly find products, perform bulk actions, and monitor product status.

Accessing Your Products

Navigate to the Products section from the main menu at https://seller-area.youcan.shop/admin. Click on "Products" in the left sidebar to view your complete product catalog.

Products Listing View

The Products page displays your entire inventory in a structured table format with the following columns:

1. Product Image - Thumbnail of the product
2. Product Name - The title of your product
3. SKU - Stock keeping unit for inventory tracking
4. Category - Product category assignment
5. Price - Current selling price
6. Status - Published or Draft status
7. Stock - Quantity available in inventory
8. Actions - Edit, delete, or view product

Searching for Products

Using the Search Bar

1. Enter a product name, SKU, or category in the search field at the top
2. Press Enter or click the search icon
3. Results will filter instantly to show matching products

Filtering Products

Use the filter options to narrow your product list:

1. By Status - Filter to show only Published, Draft, or All products
2. By Category - Select a specific product category
3. By Stock Status - Show only products with stock, low stock, or out of stock items

Sorting Products

Click on any column header to sort products by that field:

1. Click once to sort in ascending order
2. Click again to sort in descending order
3. Sorting options include: Name, Price, Stock quantity, and Status

Bulk Actions

Perform actions on multiple products at once:

1. Check the checkboxes next to products you want to modify
2. Use the "Select All" checkbox to select all products on the current page
3. From the bulk actions dropdown, choose:
   • Change Status - Publish or unpublish multiple products
   • Delete - Remove selected products from your catalog
   • Add to Collection - Assign selected products to a collection

Managing Individual Products

For each product row, you can:

1. Click the product name to view the full product page
2. Click the Edit button to modify product details
3. Click the Delete button to remove the product
4. Click the View button to see the product on your storefront

Product Status Indicators

Products display status indicators showing:

1. Published - The product is live on your store and visible to customers
2. Draft - The product is saved but not yet published to your storefront
3. Out of Stock - The product has zero inventory available
