What Are Product Reviews?
Product reviews allow customers to rate and comment on products they've purchased. Reviews are displayed on product pages and help build credibility with potential customers.

Access Review Management
- Log in to your seller area
- Navigate to Products > Reviews
- You'll see a list of all customer reviews
View Reviews
The reviews list displays:
- Product Name: Which product was reviewed
- Customer Name: Who left the review
- Rating: Star rating (1-5 stars)
- Review Text: Customer's written comment
- Date: When the review was submitted
- Status: Approved, Pending, or Rejected
- Actions: Approve, reject, or delete options
Moderate Reviews
Review moderation controls which reviews appear on your storefront:
Approve a Review:
- Find the review in your list
- Click Approve or check the approval checkbox
- The review now displays on the product page
- Customers can see this review
Reject a Review:
- Find the review in your list
- Click Reject or remove approval
- The review is hidden from customers
- The review remains in your system for records
Delete Reviews
Remove reviews completely:
- Find the review you want to delete
- Click Delete or the delete icon
- Confirm deletion
- The review is permanently removed from your system
Filter and Search Reviews
Find specific reviews:
- By Product: Filter reviews for a specific product
- By Rating: Show only 5-star, 1-star reviews, etc.
- By Status: View approved, pending, or rejected reviews
- Search: Look up reviews by customer name or content
Best Practices for Review Management
Do approve: - Honest, helpful reviews (positive and constructive) - Reviews that highlight features or benefits - Detailed reviews with photos - Reviews that answer customer questions
Consider rejecting: - Fake reviews (obvious spam) - Reviews for wrong product - Inappropriate or abusive content - Promotional content from competitors
