Configure the fundamental settings for your YouCan store from Settings > General.

Tabs
The General settings page has the following tabs at the top:
- Details - Core store information
- Social media - Social media links
- Address - Your business address
- Deletion & Deactivation - Delete or deactivate your store
- Access control - Manage staff access
- Notifications - Email notification preferences
Details Tab
Store Information
- Store name - Your store's name as used in the admin
- Store title - The title displayed on your storefront
- Store email - Your store's contact email address
- Store language - The language used in your storefront
- Country of operation - The country your store operates from
- Store currency - Your primary store currency
- Currency symbol - The symbol used with prices
- Store description - A short description of your store
- Time zone - Used for scheduling and reporting
Checkout Settings
- Max checkout amount - Maximum order total allowed at checkout
- Max checkout quantity - Maximum number of items per order
- Order VAT (%) - VAT percentage applied to orders
- Order prefix / Order suffix - Text added before/after order reference numbers
- Field for pixel content ID - Maps order data to pixel conversion events
Branding
- Logo - Upload your store logo (recommended size: 450 x 100 pixels)
- Favicon - Upload your browser tab icon (must be 32x32 or 16x16 pixels)
Custom Robots.txt
For stores with a custom domain, you can enter custom robots.txt rules to control how search engines crawl your store.
Click Save to apply changes.
