Understanding Account Suspension
If your YouCan store has been suspended, this guide explains why it happened and how to reactivate it.
Why was my store suspended?
The most common reason for suspension is an unpaid invoice. YouCan generates invoices automatically based on your subscription plan and platform usage. If a payment fails or an invoice remains unpaid past its due date, your store may be temporarily suspended.
Other possible reasons include:
- Violation of YouCan's Terms of Service
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity detected on your account
How to reactivate your store
If your store was suspended due to an unpaid invoice, follow these steps:
- Check your due invoices: Go to Due Invoices to see any outstanding payments.
- Top up your balance: Add funds to your YouCan balance. The system will automatically apply the payment to your pending invoice.
- Wait for reactivation: Once the invoice is paid, your store will be reactivated automatically. This usually happens within a few minutes.
You can add funds to your balance here:

How long does reactivation take?
After payment, your store is typically reactivated within minutes. In rare cases, it may take up to a few hours. If your store remains suspended after payment, contact YouCan Support.
Preventing future suspensions
- Keep your YouCan balance funded so invoices are paid automatically. Your current balance is always visible in the top header bar of your seller dashboard.
- Save a payment card in Payment Methods for quick top-ups.
- Review your invoices regularly from the Invoices page. The Invoices page has four tabs: Payable (due), Paid (history), Credit, and AI Credit.
- If you plan to pause your store temporarily, consider downgrading to the default (Basic) plan to avoid charges. You can manage your subscription here: Manage subscription.
Suspended for another reason?
If your suspension is not related to billing, or if you believe it was made in error, please contact YouCan Support with your store URL and a description of the issue. Our team will review your case and get back to you.
