Understanding YouCan Fees and Pricing
YouCan charges a monthly subscription fee based on your plan, plus a transaction fee on each order depending on your payment method and monthly sales volume.
Subscription Plans
YouCan offers four paid plans:

You also have a free Default plan with no monthly fee but higher transaction fees.

Transaction Fees
In addition to your subscription, a transaction fee applies to each completed order. Fees decrease as your monthly sales grow:

Fees are automatically deducted from your YouCan balance and recorded as invoices.
Viewing Your Current Plan
Your current plan name is displayed in the top header bar of the seller dashboard next to your Balance and Due Amount. Click Upgrade now to compare and switch plans.

Upgrading Your Plan
- Click Upgrade now in the seller area header, or go to Subscription Plans
- Compare available plans and their features
- Click Upgrade on your chosen plan - changes take effect immediately
Downgrading Your Plan
- Go to Subscription Plans
- Switch to the Default plan to stop monthly subscription charges
- Your store data is preserved and you can upgrade again at any time
Monitoring Your Fees
Go to the Invoices page in your dashboard to review all charges. Use the Payable tab for outstanding amounts and Paid for your payment history.
