How to Top Up Your YouCan Balance
Your YouCan balance is used to pay for platform fees and invoices. Keeping it funded ensures your store stays active.
Checking your current balance
Your balance is displayed in the top header bar of your seller dashboard, next to your AI Credit and Due Amount.
Adding funds
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Enter the amount you want to add.
- Enter your card details and complete the payment.
A minimum of $2 is required for initial store activation.
How saved payment methods are used
Saved cards are not used for manual top-ups. Instead, when an invoice is due and your YouCan balance is insufficient, the system will automatically charge your saved default card to settle the invoice directly.
To manage your saved cards, go to Payment Methods.
Automatic invoice processing
Once your balance is funded, the system automatically processes any pending invoices. If your store was suspended due to an unpaid invoice, it will be reactivated within minutes of topping up.
