Installation Steps
Step 1: Access the Apps Marketplace
- Log in to your seller area
- Navigate to Apps from the main menu
- Click on the Marketplace tab
Step 2: Find the Google Sheets App
- Search for "Google Sheets" or "googlesheet" in the marketplace search bar
- The official Google Sheets app will appear in the results
Step 3: Install the App
- Click on the Google Sheets app
- Click the Install button
- Review the app permissions
Step 4: Authorize Your Google Account
- YouCan will prompt you to authorize your Google account
- Click Allow to grant YouCan access to your Google account
- Sign in with your Google credentials if prompted

- Choose an existing spreadsheet from your Google Drive, or
- Create a new spreadsheet through the authorization prompt
- Select the specific sheet where orders will be recorded
- Confirm your selection
Step 6: Complete Setup
- The app will confirm the connection
- Your Google Sheets integration is now active
- Go to Installed Apps to manage the integration

Once connected, the Google Sheets integration will:
- Automatically log new orders - Each order appears as a new row

Managing Your Integration
Viewing Connected Spreadsheets
- Go to Apps > Installed Apps
- Find the Google Sheets app
- Click Open to view or modify settings
- See which spreadsheet is currently connected
Modifying Your Connection
- Open the Google Sheets app from Installed Apps
- You can change the connected spreadsheet
- Update sheet preferences as needed
- Save your changes
Disconnecting Google Sheets
If you no longer want to sync orders:
- Go to Apps > Installed Apps

- Click Open and select Uninstall
