The Insights Dashboard provides comprehensive analytics about your store`s performance, including sales metrics, traffic data, device breakdown, and checkout funnel analysis.
Accessing the Insights Dashboard
- Log in to your seller area
- Navigate to Insights from the main menu
- Visit: seller-area.youcan.shop/admin/insight
Filtering Your Data
Use the date filter dropdown at the top of the dashboard to view data for specific time periods:
- Today - View metrics for the current day
- Custom ranges - Select a specific start and end date
Key Metrics
The dashboard displays essential performance indicators as metric cards:
- Max Order Value - Your highest single order amount
- Average Order Value (AOV) - Mean value across all orders
- Min Order Value - Your lowest single order amount
Sales and Traffic Charts
Orders Trend Line
Visualizes order volume over your selected date range, helping you identify sales peaks and patterns.
Sales Trend Line
Displays total sales revenue over time, showing your revenue performance at a glance.
Traffic Section
Track visitor and engagement data:
- Visitors Count - Total unique visitors to your store
- Page Views Count - Total number of pages viewed
- Conversion Rate (%) - Percentage of visitors who completed a purchase
When available, the dashboard also shows a traffic source breakdown, indicating where your visitors are coming from.
Device Analytics
See how many visitors access your store on different devices:
- Desktop - Visits on desktop/laptop computers
- Mobile - Visits on mobile devices
- Tablet - Visits on tablet devices
Each device category includes a percentage change indicator to show trends compared to your previous period.
Checkout Funnel Breakdown
Understand how customers move through your checkout process:
- Normal Checkout % - Percentage of orders using standard multi-step checkout
- One Page Checkout % - Percentage of orders using single-page checkout
- Express Checkout % - Percentage of orders using express payment options
Additional Widgets
When data is available, you may see additional insights:
- Orders by Page Type - Which store pages generate the most orders
- Top Products - Your best-selling products
- Top Pages - Most visited pages on your store
- Top Countries - Geographic breakdown of your customer base
Note: Some widgets may display "Unavailable" when insufficient data exists. As you gather more sales and traffic data, these widgets will populate.
