How to Use the Dashboard in YouCan
The YouCan Dashboard is your central hub for monitoring your store's performance and managing key aspects of your business. It provides a quick overview of important metrics, recent orders, and quick access to essential store management functions.
Accessing Your Dashboard
Your dashboard appears automatically when you log in to your seller account at seller-area.youcan.shop/admin. This is the main landing page where you'll see all your key performance indicators and recent orders.
Dashboard Components
Key Metrics Cards
The top section displays important performance cards showing:
- Total Sales - Your cumulative revenue for the selected time period
- Total Orders - The number of orders received
- Total Customers - Count of unique customers who have purchased
- Store Visitors - Number of visitors to your storefront
Each metric can be clicked to view more detailed analytics for that specific area.
Sidebar Navigation
The left sidebar gives you access to all sections of your store:
- Orders — View and manage customer orders
- Products — Add, edit, and organize your product catalog
- Customers — View and manage your customer list
- Marketing — Manage coupons, upsells, and your affiliate program
- Insights — Track your store's analytics and traffic
- Apps — Browse and install apps from the marketplace
- Store — Customize your theme, pages, navigation, and domain
- Settings — Configure payments, shipping, general store settings, and more
Recent Orders Widget
The Recent Orders section displays your latest orders with:
- Order ID - Click to view full order details
- Customer name - The buyer's name
- Order date - When the order was placed
- Order status - Current fulfillment status (Pending, Processing, Shipped, Delivered)
- Order total - The order amount
- Quick actions - View or manage the order
Click on any order to access the full order management page where you can update shipping information, print labels, or change order status.
Customizing Your View
You can adjust the time period for metrics by using the date selector at the top of the dashboard. Select from predefined ranges (Today, This Week, This Month, This Year) or choose a custom date range.
