Understanding Milestones and Tier Badges

YouCan celebrates your growth with milestone badges that unlock as your sales increase. These badges recognize your achievement and appear on your profile across the platform.

What Are Milestones?

Milestones are achievement badges based on your total sales volume. They track your progress from a Silver tier seller to a Gold tier seller and beyond. As you reach sales milestones, new badges unlock automatically.

Milestone Tiers

Silver Tier

Unlocked at: $10,000 total sales
Your entry-level milestone badge

Gold Tier

Unlocked at: $100,000 total sales
Advanced milestone badge for high-performing sellers

Additional tiers may be added as YouCan evolves its rewards program.

Where to View Your Milestones

Your milestones are displayed in two locations:

Accounts Hub Sidebar

Go to accounts.youcan.shop
Look for the Milestones widget in the left sidebar
You'll see a progress bar showing your current sales progress toward the next tier
The badge you've earned (or will unlock) is displayed visually

Home Page
The Accounts Home page displays:

Current milestone badge(s) you've unlocked
Progress bar toward your next milestone
Quick view of your Insights summary (see below)

Insights Summary

Alongside your milestones, YouCan displays your key business metrics:

Total Sales
The cumulative revenue generated across all orders. This is the metric used to determine your milestone tier.

Total Orders
The total number of customer orders you've received.

Average Order Value (AOV)
The average dollar amount per order (Total Sales ÷ Total Orders). This metric helps you understand your customer purchasing patterns.

These metrics update in real-time as you process orders and are synced across your Accounts Hub and Seller Area.

How Milestones Are Calculated

Milestones are based on your total sales:

Total Sales = Sum of all completed customer orders
Refunded orders and canceled transactions are excluded from milestone calculations
The calculation is automatic and updates daily
Milestone badges unlock immediately upon reaching the sales threshold
