If you are experiencing an issue or cannot find what you are looking for, YouCan offers several ways to get help.
Support form
The primary way to reach the support team is through the support form:
- Go to Support.
- Select the Platform (e.g., Shop).
- Select your Store Name from the dropdown.
- Choose the Request Type that best matches your issue.
- Enter a Subject with a brief summary of the problem.
- In the Content field, describe your issue in as much detail as possible. Include your store URL, screenshots, and any error messages.
- Click Send request.
For quick questions, you can chat with the support team directly on WhatsApp. Look for the "Chat with us now!" link on the Support page.
Viewing your ticket history
Click See all tickets at the top of the Support page to view your past support requests and their current status.
Tips for faster resolution
- Include your store URL in every request.
- Attach screenshots of any error messages or unexpected behavior.
- Describe the steps you took before the issue occurred.
- Mention whether the issue affects all customers or only specific ones.
