The Facebook Conversion API (CAPI) connects your YouCan store directly to Facebook, enabling accurate tracking of customer actions and improving your ad targeting and campaign performance.
What is Facebook Conversion API?
Facebook Conversion API is a server-to-server tracking method that sends customer actions directly from your YouCan store to Facebook. Unlike the pixel-based approach, CAPI provides more reliable data, works even when tracking is blocked, and allows you to optimize Facebook ads more effectively.
Benefits of Using Facebook CAPI
- Better Data Accuracy - Server-side tracking is more reliable than client-side
- Improved Ad Targeting - More accurate customer behavior data
- Faster Optimization - Facebook learns about conversions more quickly
- Privacy-Compliant - Works with browser privacy restrictions
- Enhanced Reporting - Better insights into customer journeys
