Add customers manually to your YouCan store even if they haven't made a purchase yet.
Adding a Customer Manually
- Go to Customers in your seller dashboard
- Click Add New Customer at the top right
- Fill in the customer details and click Save
Customer Overview
The form includes the following fields:
- First name
- Last name
- Country
- Region
- City
- Phone number
- Notes - Internal notes visible only to you
Customer Addresses
Below the overview section, there is a separate Customer addresses section. Click New address to add a delivery address for the customer.
